We do not guarantee any cancellation requests. Orders are sometimes processed faster than customer service requests. We can only cancel an order if the status shows unfulfilled at the time your email is answered.
TO CANCEL: Email support@shopeogram.com immediately. Please include your order number and full name in the email. Make the subject line of your email - CANCEL ORDER.
The following items may cause your order to be canceled:
Incorrect billing address for credit card
Too many failed payment attempts
Multiple payment attempts with different card numbers
No response to an address verification email after 7 days
No response to a credit card verification email after 10 days
Please email us at support@shopeogram.com for further questions.in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
